Klek
trail from Ogulin to Klek
Klek is a prominent mountain on the edge of Velika Kapela, above the town of Ogulin and is one of the most attractive and popular mountain destinations in Croatia. Considering that the reconstruction of the existing walkways was planned in accordance with the development plan and needs of recreational and tourist attractions and in accordance with the development plan, it was necessary to refine this part of the promenade by introducing minimal but significant changes to the immediate area of the landscape. With this approach, with a complete and quality approach to landscaping, they sought to provide diverse experiential facilities, environmentally friendly solutions and perceptually pleasing scenarios on which to build an ecological and contemporary image of a hiking excursion site. The aim was to create an orderly and recognizable scope of tourism and ecological infrastructure determined by the cultural and natural heritage of the area. The design is planned to lay out new elements that will give visitors the opportunity to rest and inform. Along the path, it is planned to install seating elements, information boards and fences on parts of the promenade, as well as reconstruction and rehabilitation of obsolete elements.
