BISTRA, HOUSES IN A ROW
BISTRA, HOUSES IN A ROW
The project of settling detached and semi-detached villas in Bistra, besides arranging private gardens of individual plots, needed to create a buffer zone along the edge of the existing plots to create a common space for future residents to stay, walk and exercise. Modules have been created for private gardens containing a jacuzzi with shower, open hearth, vegetable garden or combined sandbox for children, and the conceptual design shows the possibility of positioning them on the plot, depending on the future wishes of future villa owners. Next to the house is a terrace as an extended living room from which a classical staircase or staircase with flower beds and a water element turns into a garden. Suggestions were made to design a fence and storage area for waste bins, mailboxes and bicycles, and sought to maintain a uniform and contemporary design of gardens in keeping with the architecture.
